I had a fantastic stay with a delicious breakfast featuring fresh juices and lots of healthy options, a stunning rooftop pool for relaxation, and a lovely room with a great view. Definitely coming back!

The cleanliness of Zabeel House impressed me right from the start. The room felt fresh and well-kept, typical of the Jumeirah Group standards. I appreciated the nearby metro station, although it was a bit far to walk during the hot summer days. A delightful surprise were the discounted access vouchers to Saraya Zabeel beach and pool. This perk made the stay enjoyable and unique. However, I encountered some moments where the staff could improve. There was an incident where a staff member declined a request to help me print a document, which was disappointing. Also, the noise around the pool sometimes reached deafening levels, affecting the relaxing atmosphere. Despite these issues, the breakfast buffet stood out as one of the best I’ve encountered, with a wide selection of delicious options. The pool area was beautiful, and the staff were generally very accommodating, offering a great happy hour in the restaurants.

This was my second stay at Zabeel House, and it did not disappoint. I booked their largest room, The Apartment, which featured a kitchenette with coffee machine and free coffee pods. The spacious bedroom had an open closet, and the living room was well-appointed with a TV and comfortable seating. The breakfast was a delightful buffet with numerous options, courtesy of the in-house restaurant, Social Company.
